Overview
- Fixed missing MFA cookie when discovered account returns one
- Fixed initial refresh after discovery to support MFA
- Reimplemented fix from patch 12

Special Instructions
- Replace the existing TekPortfolio.jar file on the web server (under /TekPortfolio/WEB-INF/lib) with the jar file in the patch

Summary of Changes
- TekPortfolio.jar
ISSUE: Multi-Factor cookie not being saved from discovery
RESOLUTION:  Save and add any MFA keys returning from discovery when adding the account
ISSUE:  Multi Factor pop up question
RESOLUTION:  Fixed initial refresh of account to increment/decrememt the number of accounts refreshing.
ISSUE:  Fix from patch 12 overwritten in patch 13
RESOLUTION:  Reimplemented fix from patch 12 regarding failure to authenticate due to missing customer link class
